urine, called midstream urine.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>For women:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beforehand, wash the pubic area with a washcloth with water:<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spread <\/strong>the labia and <strong>clean <\/strong>with water (no soap!) or with a damp cloth (always from front to back) and dry with toilet paper.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the labia spread when
