Vous \u00e9viterez ainsi de nouvelles infections. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le test de d\u00e9pistage du VIH, effectu\u00e9 par nos soins, est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du sang et d\u00e9tecte \u00e0 la fois les anticorps dirig\u00e9s contre le virus VIH et l&rsquo;antig\u00e8ne (antig\u00e8ne p24) du virus VIH lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ce test peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 d\u00e8s le dixi\u00e8me jour suivant l&rsquo;apparition du risque, mais il n&rsquo;est fiable \u00e0 100 % que si le r\u00e9sultat est positif. Si le r\u00e9sultat est n\u00e9gatif, le test doit \u00eatre refait apr\u00e8s 6 semaines. Si le test est effectu\u00e9 seulement 6 semaines apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;apparition possible d&rsquo;un risque, un r\u00e9sultat n\u00e9gatif est fiable et le test ne doit pas \u00eatre effectu\u00e9<sup>une seconde fois<\/sup>.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Le test sanguin est effectu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re totalement anonyme et le r\u00e9sultat est D\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il d\u00e9veloppe des sympt\u00f4mes, on parle de syndrome d&rsquo;immunod\u00e9ficience acquise (SIDA).      <\/p>\n<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes de l&rsquo;infection par le VIH ne sont pas toujours pr\u00e9sents. Chez une partie des personnes nouvellement infect\u00e9es par le VIH, un certain nombre de sympt\u00f4mes apparaissent, semblables \u00e0 ceux de la grippe : fatigue, maux de t\u00eate, manque d&rsquo;app\u00e9tit, naus\u00e9es, diarrh\u00e9es, douleurs musculaires, fi\u00e8vre, maux de gorge et gonflement des ganglions. En outre, certaines personnes d\u00e9veloppent des \u00e9ruptions cutan\u00e9es. Les sympt\u00f4mes qui finissent par correspondre au SIDA peuvent se manifester apr\u00e8s quelques mois, mais dans certains cas, ils ne se manifesteront pas avant des ann\u00e9es, voire 15 ans.   <\/p>\n<h3>Comment le VIH se transmet-il ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le virus VIH se transmet principalement par des contacts sexuels non prot\u00e9g\u00e9s (rapports sexuels sans pr\u00e9servatif) par voie vaginale, par voie anale (risque d&rsquo;infection le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9) et par voie orale (risque le plus faible). En outre, vous pouvez contracter le VIH par contact avec du sang infect\u00e9, par exemple apr\u00e8s avoir utilis\u00e9 des seringues contamin\u00e9es lors de la consommation de drogues par voie intraveineuse, et par des accidents de piq\u00fbre ou de coupure avec une personne infect\u00e9e. Le virus VIH ne se transmet pas par la salive (trop peu de virus), les baisers, les \u00e9ternuements, la toux ou l&rsquo;utilisation commune des toilettes, de la vaisselle, etc.  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;infection par le VIH n&rsquo;est actuellement pas gu\u00e9rissable. Le virus reste dans le corps, mais les m\u00e9dicaments contre le VIH renforcent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, ce qui rend la charge virale du virus presque ind\u00e9tectable dans le sang.
